		The location Our country villa with its 5 apartments lies on the side of a hill within 7 min walking distance from the medieval village Terricciola. Terricciola is located between Pisa and Volterra, about 30 min. by car from the sea The property and the garden Our holiday villa is surrounded by approx. 6000 m2 of land with olive trees, cherry trees and peach trees as well as a beautiful garden with flowers, pines and lemon trees. Garden furniture, table tennis, children's see-saw and barbecue facilities are available. The swimming-pool Size: 6m x 12m., completely new and surrounded by a terracotta tiled terrace with wooden sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. The Terrace Outside, there is a delightful terracotta-roofed terrace/patio (100 QM) which is furnished with wooden tables and chairs, and makes an idyllic setting for 'al fresco' dining…!! In addition, it boasts a magnificent view of the hills and the surrounding area. The terrace borders the private swimming pool where you can relax on our wooden sun loungers and chairs, play table tennis or bake your own pizza in our stone oven!! The old stone oven In this old stone oven the Santoni women once baked the bread and the famous "schiaccata toscana" for the family's needs. Today it is used to bake delicious Pizzas ! The 5 holiday apartments The five apartments have been totally renovated and refurbished over the winters of 2002-03, 2003-04 and 2004-06. The rooms are comfortably furnished in the true rustic Tuscan style with the famous deep-red Tuscan terracotta floors. Some internal walls have been restored according to the ancient architectural tradition of Tuscany by highlighting the original stones and red-bricks. Restored arched and wooden beamed ceilings also respond to the ancient architectural tradition of Tuscany. Five holiday apartments with charm and Tuscan flair ! Heating, Hot water, Dishwasher and SAT-TV are available in all the apartments. A laundry room with a washing machine is also available. 1) Apartment "Elisa" .............
